It's a sucker-punch kinda day....

Feeling sick ... Flu

Disconnected, unappreciated, overworked, yadayada. Nothing new.  I need to get over it.  And just go forward. Just can't seem to pill myself up and out.  Feel awful, no ones fault but mine.
